Toni Spina is a Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years’ of experience in Taxation and Small Business Advisory. She is currently a manager/shareholder at Bailey, Carr CPAs P.C of Rochester, New York.
She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is the president elect for the Rochester Chapter of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Toni is a member of the state level committee for Bankruptcy and Insolvency Issues as well as the statewide committee for the Careers Opportunities in the Accounting Profession Committee. She has served on a local, statewide and national level for the Institute of Management Accountants. Toni is currently serving a third two year term on the global board of directors as a vice president.
Toni is a frequent speaker on various tax issues for a variety of professional organizations across the United States including the Monroe County Bar Association where she served as a non-attorney member of the bankruptcy committee for six years. She is a frequent speaker for Rochester Channel 8 morning news show on various tax topics and is often quoted in the Rochester Democrat & Chronicle as a tax specialist. She was a speaker at the IMA’s National Conference in June of 2013 in New Orleans. She regularly speaks at IMA chapter events and several IMA council conferences all over the United States.
Certificates of attendance will be available via email, unless otherwise stated, after the session and should be kept as evidence of the 2 hours of verifiable CPD under the ACCA CPD Program.
